Playoff action was played around the Midwest this weekend with 14 MBL teams competing for a shot at a conference title. In ten games played just one road team proved better. Chicago Legends opened the playoffs with a bang knocking out second seeded Chicago Knights.

At the end of Sunday night two conference finals were set with top seeded Cedar Valley CourtKings (16-1) ready to host Eagan Bulldogs (14-4) in the West. It is the third matchup between the two teams with each winning on their home floor.

In the East the top seed Fort Wayne Vision (13-2) will take on Chicago Fury (11-3) for the right to play in the MBL Championships hosted in Fort Wayne on July 20-21. In their lone head-to-head matchup during the regular season June 29 Fort Wayne Vision defeated the Fury 129-112.
